What does grass-fed mean?

Grass-fed is used to label meat from cattle that are started on a grass diet but have either received supplemental grain feed or finished on a fully grain-based diet. All of the grain and hops we use are from Northern Colorado. We choose to corn-finish giving our top-quality beef a sweet delicious finish.
Where is your beef processed?

We use Innovative Foods, a USDA-certified slaughterhouse and butcher facility that is local in Fort Collins. Innovative is subject to USDA inspections and is the best when maintaining a clean, professional facility.
Is your beef hormone and steroid free?

Our steers have no artificial steroids or growth hormones!! Just real beef.
How much space do I need to store bulk beef?

I’m considering splitting a bulk order with family/friends. Can you help?

Yes! Tell us when you order and we will be in touch. Halves typically include 2 or more packages of everything and may be easier to split between family and friends.

At our current processor the meat is wrapped is vacuum-sealed and labeled according to cut.

Right now we only provide beef for individual consumers and local farmers markets.
